Internship

During my time in Florence, Italy, during the Fall semester of 2024, I had the privilege of participating in an internship with Luxama Travel and its outstanding CEO, Sarah Thompson.  I worked and learned about all aspects of luxury travel planning and client management as Mrs. Thompson's executive assistant and general intern.  During this time, I was able to work directly with clients, answering questions, assisting with the client onboarding process, performing site visits to luxury accommodations to provide the most up-to-date information to clientele as well as gathering information on local vendors, tour guide companies and restaurants to cater to the exact needs and desires of clients.  In the English internship summary and the target language report below, I discuss my role and experiences gained from this internship in more depth.  In addition to these, please review the letter of completion provided by CEO Sarah Thompson herself.
